In 2025, ICARS continued to advance implementation of its 2022–2026 Strategy and further consolidated its role as a trusted platform for delivering context-specific, country-owned solutions to antimicrobial resistance. Overall performance across strategic pillars was strong, with several indicators exceeding targets. Notably, the expansion of the project portfolio, demonstrated country uptake of tested solutions, strong scientific output, and continued resource mobilisation reflect both growing demand for ICARS’ model and increasing recognition of its technical credibility and delivery capacity.
