Beatriz Domínguez has a solid understanding of project development and implementation in low- and middle-income countries due to her experience within International NGOs. At ICARS, she is working on the development and coordination of the ICARS project portfolio, as well as supporting project monitoring and evaluation activities. Beatriz holds a Master´s Degree in Journalism from Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a Master´s Degree in International Development Studies & Cultural Encounters from the University of Roskilde.
