Rodolphe Mader is a French veterinarian with a Master of public health. As a Veterinary Advisor for ICARS, he provides technical support to project co-development and implementation. Rodolphe started his career as a large animal practitioner in France. He then joined ANSES (the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) to coordinate the development of the European Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance network in Veterinary medicine (EARS-Vet). Rodolphe also worked for the FAO Regional office for Asia and the Pacific, where he led activities on the monitoring of antimicrobial use and the promotion of prudent antimicrobial use in farms.
