Simone Charnley is an international development professional with over twenty years of experience working with low- and middle-income countries. She has worked with local and regional NGOs based in southern Africa and south-east Asia, as well as a number of international NGOs spanning the fields of international development, humanitarian aid, and nature conservation. At ICARS, Simone supports the design, monitoring, evaluation and learning in projects and across ICARS’ portfolio. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University.
