As Head of Partnerships and Global Relations, Theresa Høgenhaug works closely with ICARS’ partners globally, including governments, foundations, international organisations, research institutes, multilateral development banks, non-governmental organisations, and more.
She frequently represents ICARS in international policy forums with key emphasis on financing and governance to facilitate implementation of solutions to AMR in low- and middle-income countries, focused on advancing impact and achievement of national strategic priorities and global commitments on AMR.
Theresa holds academic degrees in International Governance & Diplomacy and Global Health from Sciences Po in Paris and Business Administration from the University of Missouri, as well as executive diplomas from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
