ICARS is proud to share that results from several of its co-developed and funded projects will be presented at the upcoming 35th Congress of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID), taking place from 11–15 April 2025. This year’s congress will be held as a hybrid event, with both in-person sessions in Vienna, Austria, and online participation available.
As a gathering of more than 12,000 participants from around the world, the conference provides an important platform to advocate for closer partnerships across borders and beyond Europe to include Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) in their efforts to prevent and mitigate infectious diseases, including antimicrobial resistance.
As part of this year’s programme, four projects funded and co-developed by ICARS will present results focused on the development of context-specific interventions.
For delegates attending the congress, below you find detailed information about the sessions.
