Miriam brings more than 20 years of experience from international NGOs working with human rights, global health and development. Most recently, Miriam served as Operations Director at Oxfam Denmark. She has previously held senior leadership roles at International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT), where she led operations, and worked across governance, advocacy, organisational development and partnerships.
Miriam has extensive experience in financial oversight, HR, IT, compliance, risk management and process development. She is motivated by building strong organisational foundations that enable colleagues and partners to deliver sustainable impact.
Originally from Germany, Miriam holds a degree in law, and is now based in Copenhagen.
