Chuchu is a Science Advisor at ICARS, based in the ICARS Africa office. She is an infectious disease epidemiologist with a background in veterinary medicine and experience in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), One Health, infectious disease surveillance, and public health research across Africa and Asia. Before joining ICARS, Chuchu worked with FIND and the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association (CPA), supporting AMR projects across multiple countries and contributing to the development of AMR diagnostic technologies. She has worked closely with Ministries of Health and Livestock, research institutions, and international partners to strengthen AMR surveillance, laboratory systems, and evidence-based public health interventions.
